The rental fee ranges from $750 to $1,250 for a reception and includes 16 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $300 to $500. Please inquire about ceremony only options. Additional fees for Summer House may apply.Amenities And Requirements
