From the moment you enter the farm, you are welcomed by the beauty of nature. is difficult to capture the grandeur of this rustic space because there is so much to see and on the 110 acres of private and secluded lands that the space has to offer. Imagine sharing vows at a gazebo just a few feet from a sparkling lake and dancing into the night as a fireworks show illuminates the starry night skies. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $3,500 to $7,325 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Rentals for Sundays are 8 hours, weekdays are 3 hours. Outdoor reception is covered. Please inquire about elopement packages during the week. Props for the wedding are included (ex. doors to walk through, lanterns, plants, wine barrels, etc.). Please inquire directly with venue about low cost Sunday wedding packages. For Saturday and Friday weddings a fireworks show is included.

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Private Estate so ALL vendors must have Liability Insurance- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
