Nestled among towering oak trees and green pastures sits the 40-acre Heart S Ranch of Cottonwood, California. This private, outdoor venue is a truly beautiful and unique setting for your special day. Exchange vows amidst oak trees and expansive rolling lawns, surrounded by your loved ones. Picturesque views of mountains provide a perfect backdrop for your romantic, outdoor ceremony. The sprawling outdoor patio is the perfect reception area with room for your cocktail bar, DJ or band and dancing. Our large formal tent can seat up to 250, with tables and chairs available on site to rent. Our garden setting is a perfect place for you to personalize with your own taste and style of decor. We also have many amenities on site which are included in our price. Such amenities include prep kitchen, dressing rooms, restrooms, games, 3 styles of wedding arbors, wine barrels, cake and appetizer tables, signage, lighting and other decor items. The rental fee for 2019 is $3,950 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time. One wedding per weekend. The venue is rented from Friday morning through Sunday afternoon. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Tent included in rental price. A $10 fee per person over 200 guests is charged. Additional restrooms must be rented for parties over 200 guests.Amenities And Requirements

Requirements
- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
