In lieu of a rental fee, the Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center has a food and beverage minimum in place which ranges from $1,000 to $9,000 for a reception and includes 19 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony with reception is $2 per chair.
