A laid-back, luxury retreat & event destination in the Santa Cruz Redwoods. The Waterfall Lodge & Retreat is peaceful and private, nestled in the lush redwood forest of the Santa Cruz mountains. We are located 20 minutes from the beaches of Santa Cruz, California and are about a half hour from San Jose. The lodge is built with 19th Century reclaimed barn wood and lumber milled from downed trees on the mountain itself. A breathtaking blend of historic beauty and rustic charm, you’ll feel immediately transported. Onsite you will find 32 cabins, a magnificent lodge, a sunny meadow, and endless opportunities for adventure among the redwoods. We are a "bring your own vendor" venue so your wedding can be anything you wish from cozy and casual to stunningly formal.
