There is no rental fee and the venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- BYO alcohol- Catering provided by venue- Music must end by 2:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Outside caterers do not have access to kitchen- Outside catering permitted with applicable fees- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
