Venue Notes

The rental fee starts from $3,000 for a ceremony and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. A refundable damage deposit of 2-5 % of the total cost is required.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- General insurance required for the outside vendors- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Only Biodegradable throwables allowed- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
