The rental fee ranges from $2,200 to $5,200 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $75/hr. A refundable save the date/ damages deposit of $1,000 is required at the time the Rental Agreement is signedAmenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors only- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 1:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Valet would be required for 150 guests- Wedding coordinator required
