Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, Caramoor is a 90-acre historic estate with woodland trails, spectacular gardens, and a range of beautiful facilities. Caramoor offers covered outdoor venues in a natural, open air setting, available from mid-May to the first week of June and mid-August to early October. The Sunken Garden, a three-tiered formal garden set in the woodlands, offers lush surroundings for a ceremony. Follow with an elegant cocktail reception in the historic Italian Pavilion, then proceed to the adjacent, pristine white Reception Tent for dinner and dancing. For larger parties, host a cocktail hour in the Italian Garden or the scenic Tapestry Hedge formed by monumental evergreens. Finish with a reception at the airy and spacious Venetian Theater, which accommodates 250 - 800 guests. The Formal Dining Room and the Spanish Courtyard in the interior of the Rosen House are framed in historic architecture and may be available for intimate wedding celebrations hosting fewer than 50 guests.
