Wedding contributions include a Chapel Minister, a Wedding Director, and the Chapel Musician. Three 1-hour meetings are required prior to your wedding (all of which are included in your contribution): a planning conference with a wedding director to go over your time at the Chapel, a conference to meet your assigned Chapel Minister to go over your ceremony, and a wedding rehearsal. For your wedding day, you will have a full two hours on the Chapel grounds and surrounding gardens. For example, if your wedding is at 2 p.m., you will arrive at 1 p.m., the ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. (the ceremony typically lasts for approximately 20 minutes), and you will depart at 3 p.m. Available Wedding Times 10am, 12noon, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, and 8pm every day of the week with these exceptions: No weddings on Sundays at 10am and 12noon; No weddings on Wednesdays at 12noon They do not keep a waiting list for reservations. Wedding contributions are non-refundable, but you may change your wedding date or ceremony time without penalty. A Reservation Fee of $200 is given at the time you place your reservation, then fifteen days later, the remaining amount is due. Military Discount As a way of saying thank you to our active-duty personnel, they offer a $300 discount for weddings. Proof of active service is required. Available Add-Ons Aisle Candles Aisle Candles are especially lovely for weddings at dusk or in the evening. There are eight candles protected by glass hurricane vases set atop individual wooden poles that are attached to the end of the first row, third row, fifth row, and seventh row pews. Each candle is attached with a custom designed fitting to keep them secure and to not harm the wooden pews. The candles are in keeping with the philosophy of Chapel Architect Lloyd Wright, and can only be placed on the pews by Chapel staff. Aisle Candles – $200 Aisle/Pew Flowers Our Aisle/Pew Floral Package includes a total of ten arrangements made up of white hydrangeas, white roses, and greenery. The arrangements are placed on the aisle of every other pew. Each arrangement is attached with a custom designed fitting so as not to harm the wooden pews. The arrangements are in keeping with the philosophy of Chapel Architect Lloyd Wright, and can only be placed by the Chapel Preferred Florist. The arrangements are yours to take with you after your ceremony. Aisle/Pew Floral Package – $650 Video and Streaming HD cameras are strategically placed for the best possible shots. One camera is in the front of the Chapel to capture exclusive close-ups as you exchange your marriage vows and rings, surrounded by family and friends. A back camera will be ready to preserve this joyous moment as you begin your married life together. The remote-controlled cameras will provide you with a seamless filming and recording of the entire ceremony. Your complete ceremony video will be presented to you before you leave the Chapel! Ceremony - $700; Add Live Streaming - $100 Engraved Paving Stones The walkways in and around the Rose Garden are paved with engraved paving stones. The stones honor the lives of loved ones, commemorate important life events, and mark wedding anniversaries. Many couples who get married at the Chapel elect to have a paving stone inscribed with their names and wedding date so they are forever a part of the Chapel.
