Prospect Park Zoo Overview
Looking to get a little wild with your wedding plans? Say “I Do” at the Prospect Park Zoo. Your guests will be left in awe as they meander down the cobblestone Discovery Trail and wander among wallabies and kangaroos. The zoo’s warm and inviting architecture flows in a half circle around the centerpiece of the see lion pool. You may choose to exchange vows in a romantic ceremony with your backs to the sea lion pool or a whimsical ceremony where you and your guests are facing the pool. Have an alfresco reception or opt for an event tent. Amidst all the festivities, dinner, dancing and cocktails, guests can stroll over to the breathtaking rotunda to meet a troop of Hamadryas baboons in a habit designed to get you up close and personal. The dedicated event staff will assist you with all the details to ensure your special day is filled with a wild wonder that you and your guests will never forget.Venue Notes
The rental fee starts at $7,500.00 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. Please inquire with venue coordinator.Amenities And Requirements
