Venue Notes

The rental fee for a reception is $2500 for a Saturday in-season, $1,000.00 for a Friday in-season and $1,000.00 for a Friday or Saturday in off-season (December-April, excluding NYE). This includes 6 hours of event time, excluding set up and clean up time, plus a full-service wedding planner who works with you from start to finish, including the rehearsal and day-of management. The room rental also includes: greeter, elevator operator, coat check personnel, all your tables and Chiavari chairs (mahogany or silver available), floor-length linens and napkins in over 40 colors, white China, flatware, stemware, ambient room lighting where we wash the room in a color of your choice, dance floor (we have 3 styles), cloth towels and amenity baskets in the bathrooms, and we assist in reserving parking for your guests and booking overnight room blocks and two partner hotels. Inquire about our $99.00 winter promotion for January-March 2020 / 2021, facility rentals have been waived! The food minimum is based on the number of people, with food packages starting at $68/person. A buyout of the building is available for $5,500 and a $30,000 food & beverage minimum. The fee for a ceremony is $800 with reception rental. Ceremony amenities include: fabric backdrop, Chiavari chairs (mahogany, silver). The food and beverage minimum pricing is based solely on food, it does not include beverages. Menus are fully customized to each clients tastes and desires, pricing ranges based on selections made.
