Nestled in the beautiful Dana Point Harbor, the Ocean Institute is a romantic coastal destination which puts you right on the water yet offers an interior ballroom for your guests’ comfort as the warm sun sets and the ocean air settles in for the evening. The Ocean Institute is an intimate venue able to accommodate large wedding parties of up to 300 guests. The state-of-the-art facility has high-tech options for you to use during your reception, enabling you to have a video and photo montage display on a drop down projection screen. And, for a truly distinctive and unique touch to your wedding, we offer unique encounters of our learning center where your guests will experience our touch tanks with our educators.
