Originally built in 1923, the stone house features inviting interiors with modern amenities, designed by the owner who is an acclaimed Austin-based interior designer. Guests can relax in cozy lounge areas or enjoy the stunning outdoor ceremony site under majestic live oak trees. With a grand reception hall and outdoor patio, Stonehouse Villa offers flexible spaces for up to 200 guests. Our dedicated event team ensures every detail is flawless, creating a memorable experience in this Hill Country retreat.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $5,000 to $10,000 for a ceremony & reception and includes 10 hours of venue access (including set up and clean up time). A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Requirements
- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 11:00PM- No glitter, confetti, faux flower petals, fireworks, chinese wish lanterns- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
