Venue Notes

The rental fee is $3,000 for a reception and includes 8 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum of $100 per person and a guest minimum of 25 applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony is $1,500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr.
