Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge is a wonderful site for a wedding celebration. This club, founded by the legendary and stylish golfer Arnold Palmer, is located in sunny Orlando Florida. The Bay Hill Club offers newlyweds access to the many amenities including the manicured club grounds, poolside area, patios, interior lodge rooms and more. The Lodge features beautifully furnished rooms, graceful stone details, fireplaces, and warm wooden accents. The Bay Hill Lodge will treat your guests into a comfortable environment, with additional wedding décor of your choosing the lodge is guaranteed to shine in wedding day glory. Imagine you and your loved ones coming in from photos on the rolling golf greens, bellying up at the bar for a celebratory cocktail (or perhaps an Arnold Palmer), then enjoying an evening of dining and dancing. The Bay Hill Club’s experienced staff will ensure a night of ease and luxury. Venue Notes

The rental fee is $225 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,500 with reception rental and $1,500 for a ceremony only wedding. Please inquire with the venue coordinator to purchase additional hours.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
