The Pavilion At Mixon Farms Overview

The Pavilion At Mixon Farms (formerly Mixon's Weddings in the Grove) is the perfect place to profess your love amongst family and friends in front of our custom white gazebo, surrounded by lush gardens, rock waterfall, fountain and gorgeous Koi pond. Whether you’re planning a large reception or an intimate ceremony, The Pavilion at Mixon Farms is an impeccable venue choice for your wedding day as it is the only vintage orange grove venue in the Tampabay. The gazebo & pavilion are designed so every bride can make it her own allowing for unlimited décor ideas. The Grand Pavilion for your reception has a 250 person capacity, & no need for weather backup plan as it has vinyl walls that can be used in case of weather concerns. We offer an area for cocktail hour as well that allows guests to roam the garden walkways and enjoy the venue to the fullest. I addition we have live web cameras so your friends and family all over the world can view your wonderful day as it happens. For smaller weddings you may choose our BRAND NEW Farmhouse Inn. The Farmhouse sleeps 13 guests comfortably (3 bed and 3 bath) & is perfect for rehearsal dinner, smaller weddings or to stay on site and get ready for your big day! With amazing features throughout the home, such as shiplap, exposed Chicago brick, custom built bunk beds and master bed and bath, you won't want to ever go home. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,300 to $3,200 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $150 to $700. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please inquire with venue coordinator for Military discount.
