Preston Community Center Overview
The Preston Community Center is the ideal indoor and outdoor space for your perfect quaint, romantic wedding ceremony and reception. Your guests will arrive to the charming and picturesque A-line cottage, complete with river rock faced walls and perfectly manicured, lush greenery, ready to celebrate your wedding. They will then be seated in the small park surrounding the cottage where you will tie the knot in front of the romantic, wooden Amish style gazebo, perfect for your wedding photos. Then, you and your guests can continue an outside celebration, sipping cocktails under the Washington sun in the “wedding court” filled with shade structures, tables and chairs. For an indoor celebration, the cottage’s grand room features a raised stage perfect for a band or DJ to play music for you and your guests to dance to, two stone fireplaces which create a cozy, inviting atmosphere, and windows that bring a bright, airy feel to the space. The Preston Community Center has historic beauty and charm and a welcoming ambience to bring to your wedding celebration.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $480 to $1,375 for a ceremony and reception depending on time of year and weekday or weekend rental and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $480 to $1,375 depending on time of year and weekday or weekend rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $120/hr.
