The Fredericksburg Convention Center is Fredericksburg, Virginia's largest indoor event venue. Capable of being utilized for a variety of events, including weddings, our Conference Center Ballroom can accommodate an intimate setting of 50 all the way up to 500 guests. Nestled in-between Richmond and Washington, D.C., our venue is easily accessible to guests near and far. Facilities & Capacities Our Conference Center boasts a large 10,000 sq. ft. ballroom with a 16’ ceiling. The ballroom is beautifully appointed with large chandeliers and vibrant carpeting. It can accommodate a maximum of 500 guests for a reception with room for a dance floor plus staging for the bridal head table. The ballroom can also be broken down into smaller sections to accommodate a ceremony space and reception space at the same time for 75 - 250 guests per room. The hallways of the Conference Center can also be utilized as a perfect setting for pre-function cocktails and hors d’ouevres prior to the reception. Our venue offers flexibility and versatile room layouts to accommodate your vision. Venue Notes

The rental fee is $4,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
