Ray's Northwest Room’s outdoor / indoor capabilities provide separate areas for your ceremony, reception, dinner and dancing all while enjoying a spectacular view of the Puget Sound and Olympic mountains. Capture once in a lifetime photos with your partner, friends and family in front of our stunning water and mountain backdrop. Ray’s acclaimed culinary team will create delicious, customized menus to suit you and your guests. All of our dishes, including our sustainable seafood, feature the freshest, highest-quality, local ingredients. We are well-versed in special diets and accommodating tailored requests. OUR AMENITIES INCLUDE: - Natural wood folding ceremony chairs (150) - Fresh floral centerpieces (12) - Votive candles, tables, chairs and linens, including custom napkin color - 12’X15′ In-laid dance floor - Complimentary parking - Dedicated dressing area - Altar Stands - Designated event manager from start to finish - Vendor liaison to proven and recommended partners: DJ’s, Specialty décor, florists, photographers, etc. - *One-hour rehearsal walk through - Complimentary open house style tasting (held in early Spring) - Audio Visual Capability: Built in sound system, screen and microphone *based on availabilityVenue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $1,400 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony is $600. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr.Amenities And Requirements
