Craneway Pavilion Overview

This world-class facility in the heart of the East Bay is defined by more than 40,000 panes of glass from floor-to-ceiling, illuminating the historic architecture's awe-inspiring, open design. Soaring ceilings and bay views are the crux of the venue, originally designed by architect, Albert Kahn. The industrial-style, former Ford Assembly Plant, dates back to 1931 and offers 20,000 to 45,000 square-feet of space. The facility is unique with a saw-tooth roof, original brickwork and window panes. Memorable, panoramic views of the Bay and San Francisco skyline dominate the backdrop. An adjoining open-air patio makes for a soft transition from indoors to an outdoor, unobstructed view. The Assemble Restaurant, just outside the main facility, is also available for more intimate celebrations.

Venue Notes

The rental fee starts at $65 per guest (min 200 guests) and includes usage of the facilities for the entire day with a standard set up time, some amenities come included with venue, other are available as additional rentals. Please contact the venue for exact details of packages and options. Additional hours, décor and amenities can be arranged as well. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. Catering provided or outside caterers accepted with a buyout fee. Alcohol provided and no outside alcohol is accepted.
