ALL INCLUSIVE VENUE. At Tuscan Courtyard, your wedding ceremony and reception will be as beautiful as the marriage you’ll share with your true love afterwards. Surrounded by 10 acres of open land, gorgeous landscaping, and quiet backwoods, Tuscan Courtyard is the perfect place for you and your guests to escape the bustle of the city and celebrate your elegant wedding. The Manor, an indoor option, offers a covered patio as well as beautiful cypress trees, vibrant flowers, and luscious greenery surrounding a wood burning stone fireplace, wooden beams, and wrought iron details which all highlight the Tuscan ambiance. Down the winding pathway from The Manor, or across the lovely wooden bridge from The Ballroom, The Courtyard is paved with stone bricks and outlined with beautiful cypress trees and landscape. A wooden pergola frames an outstanding view of the pond, waterfall, and woods, providing a picturesque backdrop to a wedding ceremony. The Ballroom features high ceilings with wooden beams and a crystal chandelier that contributes to the timeless elegance and spaciousness of the space. Large windows and glass doors in the front and back of The Ballroom allow lots of natural light into the room.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $12,795 to $15,195 for a reception for 100 guests and includes an all inclusive catering package as well as 4 hours of event time, excluding set up and clean up time. There is an additional $34 per person fee after 100 guests. The set up fee for a ceremony is $995 with reception rental or $1,500 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr. A refundable security deposit of $2,500 is required.Amenities And Requirements
