The beautiful country club setting with majestic century-old oak trees, lush foliage, and the manicured greens of the legendary Dubsdread Golf Course frame the warm and inviting stone and wood interiors of this 100-year-old historic building, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for weddings, parties, and social and corporate events.

 

Historic Dubsdread was built in 1924 and retains its original stone fireplace. With gleaming hardwood floors beneath the open wood-beam ceiling, it exudes sophistication and Old Florida rustic charm.

The rental fee ranges on average $1,500 - $3,500 for a ceremony and reception that includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Extra hours can be arranged for an additional fee.
