There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Timing may be different on Friday's. Please inquire with venue for specific details. Weekday pricing is subjected to change please inquire with venue for specific details. The venue is right under the Metra and very convenient for commuters. Ceremony is not available if they do not available without the full buyout.
