Exchange Ballroom Overview

The Exchange Ballroom is a perfect blend of contemporary design with historic character and boasts amazing views of downtown Portland. The venue embodies the Portland vibe with a clean and modern aesthetic; a perfect blank canvas to do what you want in terms of décor, color, lighting and theme to create a stunning event. Located in the Eastside Industrial district, the Exchange Ballroom is centrally located with easy access for both driving and/or public transport. The dedicated staff is happy to assist you in planning the details of your special day.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $5,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 18 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit ranging from $500 to $1,000 is required. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all peak, Saturday events. Refundable security deposit, rental fees, rentals, food and beverage are all applied towards the minimum. Please inquire with venue coordinator for additional information.

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Choose from a list for catering- Food & beverage minimum- General liability insurance required- Music end time is 10:00PM outdoors- Music must end by 2:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
