With breathtaking views overlooking the majestic mountain peaks and pine-covered groves of Cedar City, the beautifully renovated ballroom boasts the ideal location for your wedding celebration. A modern, yet chic venue, the ballroom features a rustic, earthy decor enhanced by natural lighting streaming in from two large windows. The ballroom can be used for receptions or dinners. Food and beverage must be supplied through our partner, Wild Thyme and client is responsible for supplying décor etc. as resort does not have a wedding chapel or services onsite. Unfortunately, there is not a very good outdoor private area to hold events. There is a grass quad area by BBQs and playground but it is in the middle of a parking lot and is not conducive to events. Please note, due to Utah Liquor laws, there are SOME restrictions that have to be enforced. a. Example One – If in the Conference Room, F&B needs to order liquor for ONLY that event. The liquor is unable to come from the restaurant or bar, so precise counts are needed during this type of event or as close as possible to not overcharge you. b. Example Two – Liquor purchased in the Restaurant/Bar needs to stay there, you cannot transport to the Conference Area or outside the restaurant. c. However, guests can purchase a bottle of wine with corkage fee and you can take it to your guestroom or where requested.Amenities And Requirements
