Venue Notes

For 2023-2024 Craven Farm Weddings, the price range is $7400-$7900 depending on the day of the week. This rental rate is an incredible value as it includes: vintage/antique decor, 12 hour rental time, the use of 72 inch round tables, 8 ft. banquet tables, Chiavari White washed chairs, white folding chairs, a beautifully renovated Bridal Suite and Grooms Room, indoor restrooms, use of fire pit, white tent, use of the Harvest Barn, open-air Pole Barn, Corn Room, Secret Garden, parking lot, and lawn for games. $1250 retainer with signed contract to secure your date (retainer goes towards total rental cost). A refundable security/overage deposit of $1,000 is required, as well.
