Classic, elegant, and picture perfect, the Heritage Center will make your wedding dreams come true. Your photographer will fall in love with the charming home and impeccably manicured grounds. Pledge your love in a romantic outdoor setting. Walk down a paved pathway dotted with flower petals and exchange vows beneath the lovely ceremony gazebo. While you pose for formal portraits, guests can mix and mingle over cocktails on the patio. The festivities continue with a tented reception. The rental fee is $3,000 (Anderson residents), and $3,500 (non residents) for a reception that includes 12 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. Ceremony pricing is $400 (resident), or $500 (non resident) and includes up to 150 white padded chairs. No deposit required, but we do put a Visa or Mastercard on file to confirm the reservation.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Biodegradable items are permitted to be thrown- Music must end by 11:00PM- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations
