For the Texas Gulf Coast wedding of your dreams Galveston Island Palms Outdoor Events & Parties is the perfect location. This venue is nestled in the heart of Galveston Island just minutes from the beach but tucked away for privacy so you and your guests will feel as if your wedding is in its own island oasis. This is the perfect spot for an outdoor celebration and features 29,000 square feet of beautifully landscaped outdoor space and a 2,500 square foot covered pavilion that will be strung with lights to create a festive ambiance. Picture yourself walking down the curved pavestone aisle and saying your vows beneath the brand new wooden pergola surrounded by beautiful palm trees complemented by exotic hibiscus, birds of paradise, fruit trees and plumerias. There is ample space for food prep allowing you to bring in the caterer of your choice and the large BBQ pit will allow you to treat your guests to a traditional Texas barbecue! Dance the night away in the balmy air on the dance floor beneath the covered pavilion as you create timeless memories with your closest friends and family.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $3500 to $5250 for a ceremony and reception (depending on guest count) and includes 7 hours of time if you are having a reception only or 8 hours with Ceremony. This includes set up and clean up time allowing for a full 4-5 hour event. Please inquire with venue for pricing and availability for a ceremony only. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $350/hr. A security deposit of $300 is required with a $1200 retainer to save the date. Venue is not available on Tuesdays.
