A reception can take place in the Ranch's Barn or outside. This antique barn is a stellar site to transform for your wedding reception. The rustic interior is a wonderful place to decorate for your special celebration. Raw wooden beams and a high ceiling are stunning for personal additions. Flowers and candles will help create a romantic space that excites your guests. The barn is perfect for dancing into the evening. Spill out under the stars as you celebrate. Corley Ranch is a wedding venue that is handsome, it guarantees a charming wedding celebration from beginning to end. The Corley Ranch ONLY supplies venue and tables and chairs for up to 250.

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $5,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required and a damage deposit of $500.00. Please note, the venue is only available during May thru September.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Amplified sound no more than 25 watts- Approved outside caterer allowed- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
