Titlow Lodge Overview
Built originally as a hotel in 1911, Titlow Lodge is a recently refurbished craftsman style building located in a 49-acre beachfront park on Puget Sound near the Tacoma Narrows. The Lodge offers a charming venue whose many windows allow natural sunlight to shine in on your breathtaking ceremony. The wraparound veranda offers you and your guests the chance to step outside to take in the beautiful natural surroundings. Indoors, the Lodge has ample space for gatherings up to 220 people or banquet seating for 140 people. You may decide to arrange the space to allow for a ceremony with banquet style seating to accommodate both a ceremony and reception in one convenient setting. The hardwood floors become a great dance floor should you decide to host an evening of festive dancing. With a banquet permit, you may also offer beer, wine and champagne. he rental fee ranges from $600 to 1,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $240/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.Amenities And Requirements
