The Hall at Fauntleroy Overview
Close to downtown Seattle, yet nestled a world away in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, The Hall at Fauntleroy, a picturesque 1900s-era former schoolhouse, offers two large and unique indoor spaces which can be reserved together or separately, a lovely outdoor space, an on-site catering kitchen, and more. THE EMERALD ROOM: Soaring ceilings. The warmth and texture of exposed brick. And the beauty of soft light from large windows that look onto a wooded ravine. The Emerald Room has all of this, plus a large raised dance floor, an anteroom for the bride or other special guests, and more. It’s a space for up to 250 guests that feels intimate and expansive all at once. THE VASHON ROOM: The Vashon Room is one of Seattle’s few indoor/outdoor event spaces. With its high ceilings, simple, contemporary details and abundant natural light, the Vashon Room is the perfect canvas for your creative vision. Just outside is the Garden Courtyard, a lush, landscaped setting with a manicured lawn, mature plantings and a winding path—an enticing oasis for an outdoor ceremony or reception. Vashon Room event holders also enjoy access to The Studio, a cool, inviting hideaway where your guests can take a break from the main event to chat, play billiards, and sip a cocktail. The rental fee ranges from $1,950 to $3,950 for a reception and includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr.Amenities And Requirements
