The Sycamore Ballroom is spacious enough for large groups and can also be divided into 3 sections to accommodate a smaller gathering. The high ceiling and special lighting effects make it an ideal setting for all types of decor options. The Catering Manager has prepared an array of services to assist you in the planning of your wedding menu and has developed popular packages to create a wonderful experience. Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Please inquire with venue coordinator for exact weekday food and beverage minimums. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony is $2 per person. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $2 per person per hour.

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors only- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 2:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
