The rental fee is $2,500 for a ceremony and reception in the barn, and $2,500 for a ceremony and reception with use of the entire property including the barn. Rates are for 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required. Please note, venue offers a variety of decorating items to use. - Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Beer and wine only- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations
