    The rental fee is $2995 for a ceremony and reception and includes 10 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee.. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details. The rental includes use and access of the entire grounds, including the courtyard.
