Situated along the Oconee National Forest on N. Madison Avenue in Eatonton, The Plaza Arts Center offers blissful couples a welcoming space to tie the knot in Georgia. Positioned southeast of downtown Atlanta, this venue provides traveling wedding day guests easy and convenient access from nearby highways and airports. Creatively constructed within a renovated school house built in 1916, The Plaza Arts Center is a truly one-of-a-kind space to share your vows. Designed with a spacious, full-size theatre, reception hall, catering kitchen, gallery area, outdoor lawn space, and history museum, this venue provides brides and grooms ample room to spread out, socialize, and celebrate with family and friends in style. Easily customized to suit your unique nuptial needs, this venue further features state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment to host the lively wedding and reception you always dreamed of. Venue Notes

The rental fees range from $350 to $1,500 depending on the event needs. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Additional fees for a Plaza attendant and optional Audio/Visual services. 50% of the rental fee and the security deposit is due at least 30 days prior to book the event. *Fees/rates are subject to change. Please call the Plaza to confirm rates and availability.

Requirements

- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Attendant fee $10 per hour - for all rentals after business hours- Audio/Visual needs for theater/reception hall $25 per hour- BYO alcohol- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Security deposit due minimum 30 days prior to event. 100% refundable if no damage to property and policies observed- Smoking outside only
