The rental fee ranges from $500 to $1,850 for a reception and includes 8 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time for Saturday and weekday events, 6 hours of event time excluding set up and cleanup for Sunday and Friday events an 4 hours of event time for daytime events. The set up fee for a ceremony is included with reception rental or $250/hour for a ceremony-only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
