Carol's Dollar Lodge at Sun Valley Resort Overview
Carol’s Dollar Mountain Lodge features a magnificent combination of rustic logs, stones, and luxury. Located at the base of the Dollar Mountain Ski Hill and one mile from Sun Valley Village, this venue boasts breathtaking views of Bald Mountain and the surrounding areas. With mountain charm and Sun Valley’s renowned elegance, the lodge guaranteed to warm the hearts and memories of all of your guests. The Main Dining Room and Ski Room are two options for your event, and each are more beautiful and glamorous than the next. Carol’s Dollar Mountain Lodge is available year round, so you can have the most incredible summer wedding or a cozy and charming winter event. During the summer, guests can take the gondola up to Baldy’s summit to get an incredible view from the top of the mountain. Your guests can embrace winter’s romance in the colder months with a classic horse drawn sleigh ride through the snowy hills. Have a photographer on the sleigh, and you and your guests will treasure those whimsical photos forever.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $5,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee is $1,500 for a ceremony only wedding. There is a $65 per person food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Ceremony-only price may vary based on location and guest size. Please note, some sections of Carol's Dollar Lodge may be limited during ski season. Set-up time during winter is 5:00PM.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Couple can bring in cake from outside vendor with a cake cutting fee of 2.00 per person- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 1:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
