There is no rental fee for the ceremony and reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $1,500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,500/hr. Please note, there is a $5,000 rental fee applied to the headhouse concourse room only.Amenities And Requirements
