Saffron Fields Vineyard Overview
The Saffron Fields Vineyard is a vibrant and versatile venue containing multiple unique spaces making it perfect for your special day. Eloquently wrapping around the hospitality center, the gorgeous Japanese Gardens along with the stunning vineyard property are the ideal places to take your wedding photos - photos that will leave all your loved ones in awe for years to come. While you are taking your photos, your guests will be able to enjoy a drink and some appetizers on the expansive patio and adjoining Tasting Room which will allow your guests to take a moment of pause to indulge in the remarkable views surrounding them. Once it is time to eat, take your guests into the Jewel Box where natural light pours in through glass walls, illuminating this intimate space for your friends and families to enjoy the delicious chef-prepared meals. End the night on the outdoor patio with your newlywed next to the warm fire pit and enjoy the sprawling serenity of the Oregon landscape merged with the happiness that comes from celebrating this special day at the Saffron Fields Vineyard.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $8,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time and a $1,000 rental credit with our partner rental company. Additional hours can be arranged, please inquire with venue for more details. Please note, the tasting room is open until 5:00pm every day, but will close at 4pm as part of your contract to ensure our wine tasting guests have time to finish and exit the premises before your guests arrive. Guests may arrive after 5pm. Wine must be supplied by the venue and beer will be supplied by the catering company. For a ceremony and reception there is a wine purchase minimum based on final guest count.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Beer and wine only- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Wedding coordinator required- Wine must be supplied by venue but outside beverages allowed
