Quail Hollow Ranch Overview

Formerly the home of Sunset magazine's publisher Laurence W. Lane, Quail Hollow Ranch offers a secluded, intimate and exclusive natural environment for your big day. Bursting with rustic charm and natural beauty, the ranch is not only historically significant but also noted for its rare sandhills environment and diverse habitats, perfect for the eco-conscious bride and her party. The quaint house provides a comfortable retreat while the spacious and grassy lawn offers scenic views of the sparkling pond, fresh orchards and wooded hillsides. A tall, proud oak tree provides shade to your guests when they watch you walk down the green aisle to say your vows. Your picture-perfect picnic reception takes place on the velvety green grass, dotted with charming rustic picnic tables and plenty of room for everyone to dance the night away!

Venue Notes

The hourly rental fee of $130 resident/$143 non-resident with a ten hour minimum reservation that includes a 3 hour set-up, 2 hour clean-up time with a 5 hour maximum event time, to include ceremonies. Available on Saturdays only (and 3 out of 4 Sundays in June, July and August). A non-county/non-resident fee of $300 may apply. November through March winter rates are hourly and discounted 20%, and maximum capacity is reduced to 50 persons. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required. A 5 hour alcohol permit fee of $250 is available for beer, wine and champagne. Prices provided by Wedding Spot are based on a weekend rental and not hourly rates.
