Originally constructed as living quarters for the post commander in the late 19th century, the house took on the name of George C. Marshall, a commander of the Vancouver Barracks during the late 1930’s. The rental fee ranges from $75 to $190 per 1 hour for a Ceremony & Reception, excluding set up and clean up time. Same rental fees do apply for a Ceremony Only. Additional hours can be arranged. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please note, some limited tables and chairs may be allowed for outdoor receptions, inquire with venue for details. This Venue can be rented with a minimum of 4 hours and up to 12-hours’ time frames with discounts rates at 10 and 12 hour time periods. Inquire with the venue for additional details.
