The rental fee is offered in 2 packages ($16,500 or $17,900) for access to the property from Friday to Sunday. Please inquire with the venue for event date availability. A 2-night minimum is required for the lake home accommodations and there is a 12 cabin minimum rental to host a wedding. A 2 bedroom cabin is included for the couple in the venue fee along with a 40'x80' venue tent, 30'x30' welcome dinner tent, all tables, chairs (reception and beach wedding), linens, wedding coordinator, preferred vendor list, 6-hour bartending service, white birch arbor and more... The onsite overnight lake homes can accommodate up to 138 guests. The venue is available for wedding bookings May, June, late August, September and October.
