Donovan Pavilion Overview
Donovan Pavilion, Vail's $3.1 million events facility nestled between Gore Creek and the South Frontage Road near West Vail, is the perfect year round resource for weddings. The towering windows and arched beam ceilings of this modern alpine lodge showcase expansive mountain valley views and the adjacent 50 acres of open space. Since 2003, the Donovan Pavilion has been making a statement as a stunning timber and stone-mountain facility. Add the views and surrounding 50 acres of park and open space and you’ll see why this is a truly unique venue for your wedding celebration. Up to 200 guests can be accommodated in this gracious 5,200 square foot Pavilion. Another 100 guests can be easily seated on the 3,000 square foot terrace overlooking Gore Creek. Smaller groups will find themselves comfortably and intimately at home. Your guests will love their time at this venue as they enjoy a true mountain getaway. The rental fee ranges from $3,305 to $5,495 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Security is charged by the hour.
