The Wilson Ballroom, complete with vaulted ceilings and glimmering chandeliers, can be arranged to suite your needs. Whether your event requires space for up to 210 guests or as few as 90, the Wilson Ballroom is available in three different configurations to fit your vision of your special day. Or, celebrate the dedication of your love and commitment with the gorgeous views of the Esplanade. This breathtaking room features floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Norman B Leventhal Park at Post Office Square and can comfortably accommodate up to 170 seated guests. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $3,000 to $3,500 for a ceremony with a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The setup fee for a ceremony-only event is $5,000. There is a food and beverage minimum applicable for reception events which range from $13,000 to $20,000 Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,500/hr. Admin fee is 7% taxable.
