Sitting on one-acre, The Landmarks Art & Garden Center features four lovingly maintained terraced gardens, with breathtaking views of Richardson Bay. Exchange your promises of everlasting love and commitment in front of your beloved family and friends set against the stunning views of the Bay below. The serene waters twinkling in the sun will provide an enchanting atmosphere for your nuptials. Following the ceremony, celebrate your new marriage with those same stunning Bay views. The Center’s main terraces and lawn can be used for both ceremony and reception. Enjoy your banquet under the sun or under the shade of jaunty umbrellas or even a tent. Any way you plan it, the Center is a great setting for your wedding and reception. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $4,000 to $5,000 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up. The fee for a ceremony only, ranges from $1750 to $2250 and includes 4 hours of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr. A refundable security deposit of up to $2,000 is required.
