The location rental fee is $4,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Outside caterers are allowed if approved by the venue at no additional cost. The venue offers a rental package for tables, chairs, etc starting at $17.50 per person. A discount of $1,000 off the rental fee will apply using the preferred caterer, Command Performance Catering. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is required to book a wedding. Hartley Farms offers camping packages for overnight accommodations on the farm.
