We can accommodate as many as 260 guests for any event. We have plenty of space for an indoor or outdoor ceremony and we have rentals for ceremony chairs.  Access: We provide full access the day of your wedding or event, your date is just for your event. Also, the party may access the venue or decorate the day prior, provided no major event is scheduled. Bridal Suite & Golf: We have a Bridal Suite and Groom's Quarters for you and your wedding party to hang out and prepare for your special day. Our bridal suite has two private bathrooms, hair and makeup counter as well as a deck overlooking the golf course grounds. There are stairs leading down to the banquet center for a first look. The bride's and groom's rooms feature furniture and a great environment for some lovely pictures. We provide complimentary golf for bride and groom the week of the wedding as well as discounts for guests. Full Bar: We offer a full bar at West Chase and all alcohol must be purchased through our license. We have options for open bar, cash bar. hosted bar, kegs, and wine by the bottle. We provide bartending hours based any bar option. Other Events: We do host celebrations, rehearsals dinners, vow renewals in the pavilion for a discounted rate. The Lounge, located within the Club Room or Bridal Suite is perfect for smaller events like graduations, birthday’s, baby and bridal showers with seating available for up to 40-65+ guests. Discounts: 20% rental discount to club members, first responders, and active military. Thank you for your service.
