Lee and Gordon's Mill Overview
Take your wedding into another century at one of the oldest mills in North Georgia. The original Lee and Gordon’s Mill was built in 1836 and makes a unique rustic backdrop to make your wedding truly unique and original. At this time you can still grind corn just as it was done 167 years ago, making it an authentic traditional mill, full of character and personality. For the first time the Lee & Gordon’s Mills is opening its hand crafted doors for weddings and receptions. You and your wedding guest will enjoy the peaceful nature setting. Enjoy a quaint ceremony and reception with sounds of the bubbling creek flowing over the intricate, detailed handcrafted rustic dam filling the air. The mill provides several spaces for you to hold your wedding festivities. Set next to the Lee and Gordon’s Mills and West Chickamauga Creek, the Wallace Building is an all wood building with a log cabin look and a complete wrap around porch. Sit down in the countryside, haven for a bright, warm party. The Pierce Room is located above the Veterans of All Wars Museum. With large windows and richly carpeted floors, this elegant room perfect for fancy, sophisticated receptions. The parquet dance floor and the simmering, lavish crystal chandelier will add even more class to your wedding.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $1,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 15 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required.Amenities And Requirements
