The I’On Meeting House event venue is located in the romantic heart of a celebrated Lowcountry neighborhood, just over the Cooper River from downtown Charleston. This open, welcoming venue space offers the perfect backdrop for an intimate wedding celebration. The inspirational space can accommodate 114 seated guests with a standing wedding party of 20. Located in the heart of the I'On Community, the lawn area provides space for a tent site should an outdoor option be on your wish list. The beautiful white structure features stunning windows trimmed in a unique mint green. The French wood doors greet your guests as they enter the magical space. Windows surround the room providing excellent views of the outdoors from within. They allow light to bathe space, creating an open and airy atmosphere. The rental fee ranges from $825 to $1,800 for a ceremony and reception. We also offer half-day use of 6 hours to include set up and clean up time. A $500 reservation deposit is due upon signed contract. A refundable damage deposit $300 ceremony or reception only or $600 for both is required. Discounts may apply.
